On April 19th, 2011, IPS invited 30 people to attend "Enlivening Company Culture".
The event, being led by Joyce Li, introduced participants to concepts of how to enliven company culture and engaged participants with new ideas.
IPS conducted "Empowering your Executive Assistant” program in Shanghai on 9-10 of March. The two-day program being led by IPS Managing Director, Michael Iannini, received great praise from attendees.
ACAMIS presented a great number of opportunities for IPS to present its School Staff Training programs to Heads of Schools and Business Managers for International Schools.
Michael Iannini, Managing Director for IPS, met with several delegates at the conference and discussed the challenges local staff are facing in trying to meet the expectations of their foreign colleagues, parents and children. Local staff training has been all but ignored in past years and is now being seen as a critical factor in ensuring the efficient operations of the school.
