ACAMIS presented a great number of opportunities for IPS to present its School Staff Training programs to Heads of Schools and Business Managers for International Schools.
Michael Iannini, Managing Director for IPS, met with several delegates at the conference and discussed the challenges local staff are facing in trying to meet the expectations of their foreign colleagues, parents and children. Local staff training has been all but ignored in past years and is now being seen as a critical factor in ensuring the efficient operations of the school.
IPS assists Teaching, Administrative and Facility staff to communicate more effectively with each other and the children and parents they come into contact with on a daily basis.
