Shanghai Open Course feedback – Empowering your Executive Assistant

IPS conducted "Empowering your Executive Assistant” program in Shanghai on 9-10 of March. The two-day program being led by IPS Managing Director, Michael Iannini, received great praise from attendees.

After extensive research and surveying was conducted, the program was designed and tailored specifically for Executive Assistants. The aim is to bridge the communication gaps between Executives and their assistants, while reinforcing the roles of assistants in their daily work. The program covers four main areas including; Communication, Empowerment, Time Management and Effective Business Writing.

The Shanghai program survey, including three parts; Trainer, Materials and Overall Satisfaction, gained an average of 4.75 out of a possible 5 for all three sections.

“I will recommend your courses to all my friends who are office managers/EA since your course really empowered me!”, said Acelia Liu, office manager from Caledonia Shanghai, who attended the two-day program.
