Adapting to Change


What is it about?
This course provides an insight into the management of personal change in the professional envirnoment. Trainees will be provided with basic change management theory concepts to build a foundation to learn about how change and transition differ, while identifying the needs to those around them in uncertain times. The phases are clearly set out and trainees will work through each phase to understanding the positive and negative influences while being able to effectively gain trust through good communication and soliciting feedback.

To provide participants with opportunities to:   
  • Maintain productivity during change
  • Take charge of change by acting on areas they can control
  • Develop an action plan for adapting to and implementing change
  • Support, guide, and encourage others to adapt more effectively to change
