What is it about?
This course is designed for current and future managers who are involved in managing people. It will demonstrate how coaching is essential for the effective management and development of staff.

  • Identify when it is appropriate to be a supervisor and when to be a coach.

This course is delivered through a full day seminar, half-day seminar and individual coaching sessions where management is observed and given feedback on their coaching practices - Total of 16 hours
