Company Assessment
- Discuss training objectives, possible content and specific concerns in order to meet specific needs
- Pre-assess + Interview + Program surveys + Document survey
- Our training programmes are developed to meet the client’s objectives and needs, based on the Company Assessment results.
- The Clients documents will be included in training activities so that training is focused on work related needs.
- IPS will recommend a suitable and efficient structure for training:
- Blended learning | Online | Classroom training
Kick-off
- Introduce the course.
- Discuss expected outcomes and WHY the training will be done.
- Set goals with participants.
- All online licenses (where applicable) for BLENDED LEARNING are released and participants can begin preparing for classroom training.
Course Launch
During each training session, IPS delivers classroom materials and activities to be used during that particular course. Materials may vary due to trainee performance online.
Class Management
- IPS manages the classes closely with the client. Reports will be produced based on attendance and participation.
- All online courses can be managed via an LMS which is made available to program coordinators.
- Course feedback from the trainees is taken and reported to the client at intervals during the training and at the completion.
Testing
- Final test/assessments administered and reports show trainee improvement and program success.
- A final trainer feedback evaluation is taken and produced to the client.
- Certificates of completion are awarded.
