Effective Communication
What is it about?
This Effective Communication training provides trainees with an understanding of the different types of communication and which are most effective. There are barriers to communication and these need to be realised for effective communication. It covers skills needed to communicate a message effectively by identifying the receiver, choosing a proper channel, and responding to feedback.
